Extensive electrical work undertaken on our van before a long trip to ensure safety. New battery and wiring work undertaken by a sub contracting organisation. Charged accordingly. Leave for our trip, caravan catches fire on the way to NSW. Direct fire from the new battery and electrical cabling. $26000 to fix, thank goodness we had insurance...... Van written off but this company denied any responsibility....Appaling....make sure you ask about after service care because we feel very let down.
